Stress, environmental hormones, new eating habitat, contaminated water, soil, air, concrete culture and etc. all affect people.

1. Genetic Causes: who has weak heart, weak immune system of      blood, weak structure of blood vessels.
2. Non-genetic Causes: lack of exercise, irregular life style.
3. If biological abnormality cause by accidents and abuses from one's     early to old age and depletion of blood have been accumulated and     kept for a long time, that can be a main cause of Buerger's Disease     even if they had been treated in certain ways.

Buerger's Disease is neither rare nor incurable disease any more. Anyone in modern society can be its victim.
I want to claim that modern medical science needs to return to the nature.
